Bluechips played host to the first edition of Chiang Mai Art Connecting as part of a series of events celebrating our 20 years of operations. Artists from all over Asia participated in a workshop and exhibition alongside the opening of our new canteen.

Bluechips hosted the first edition of Chiang Mai Art Connecting - a new event in collaboration with Asia Art Link. 18 artists from six countries participated in a week-long workshop based at the newly opened canteen at Bluechips to paint while inspired by the beautiful surroundings of our headquarters.

As the Bluechips owner and Managing Director, Mr. Zimpfer used his passion for art to combine the celebration of Bluechips' 20 years of operations with this artist's workshop. At the end of the week, the pieces created by the artists were exhibited in one of the wings of our unique new canteen building as the guests of our Anniversary event were given the chance to sample the artwork on display.

After the even, the pieces were moved to the new gallery being run by Mr. & Mrs. Zimpfer in Chiang Mai, La Luna Gallery. The works remain there for viewing and purchasing along with other original artworks from the critically acclaimed artists. All of the art and the story of the gallery can be found at the La Luna Gallery website.
